Day 1: Arrive Dimapur – Benreu Green Village (97 kms/3 hrs)
Meet a Pier Tours’ representative at Dimapur and Transfer to Benreu Village. On the way stop for short breaks. Check into your guest house after arrival. Evening at Leisure.

Day 2 : Benreu to Khonoma (45 kms/2 hrs)
Today morning after breakfast, we shall take a village walk and Explore Benreu village. Benreu village is nestled on the hills of the Mt Barail Mountains below the third highest mountain Mt Pauna. It is such a destination to enjoy nature and culture. In the village walk we shall get to see morungs, take photographs of the beautiful landscapes and river valleys. Meet and interact with people. Later proceed to Khonoma via Dzuleke. On the way we can stop for some tea breaks. Stop at Dzulekecie and take a trek down to a deep gorge (not recommended for senior citizens) and enjoy amazing God’s creation. Later at Dziesha, Take a nature walk to Dzuleke village through the small river valley of Dzulerudi. Dzuleke is a small village all surrounded by nature. Later proceed to Khonoma for overnight stay.

Day 3 : Explore Khonoma
Today after breakfast, talk a village walk and interact with the villagers. Khonoma is the first Green Village of the country. This village has taken an odd step by declaring 27 sq. kms of its territory as “Khonoma Nature Conservation and Tragopan Sanctuary” (KNCTS). At Khonoma you will find Culture, History and Nature intact together. Later drive to Dzüleke which is around 10 kms away from Khonoma. Dzüleke is a delight to visit because of its serene beauty. Upon your arrival, talk a walk along the village. Have lunch at Dzüleke. In the evening, drive back to Khonoma for overnight stay.

Day 4 : Khonoma – Kohima Sightseeing
Today after breakfast, we shall transfer to Kohima and explore Kohima. First We shall drive and trek to Mt Puliebadze (1 hr Drive 20 minutes trek one way) Visit Local market, WW II Cemetery, State Museum, Kohima village, Drive to Kisama Heritage village. Local lunch. Later visit Kigwema village. Evening drive to Kigwema Homestay for overnight stay.

Day 5 : Kigwema – Khezhakeno (46 Kms/1½ Hrs) :
Today drive to Legendary village of Khezhakeno, explore the village. And Later drive to Chida lake for picnic lunch.
Afternoon drive to Kigwema for a village walk. The Japanese came to this village in 1944 before the Battle of Kohima took place. Evening drive back to Kipfuzha for overnight stay.
